Executive Summary This report is an output of the Expert Reference Group which was convened to facilitate and support the policy review aspect of the overall Value for Money (VFM) review of disability services. During October and NovemberDisability Support Services (DSS) within the Ministry of Health conducted two surveys to inform the development of a Respite Strategy: one survey for disabled people and their families/whānau, and one for providers of services for disabled people.
